This is really quite simple, although it might seem hard considering the average diet these days. Just start eating more whole foods (fruits and vegetables) as well as high protein and low fat foods (such as fish or lean poultry). Then, exercise for at least 30 minutes about three to five times a week. Do this for a whole month and you will be amazed at the results! This is the fastest method &#8216;&#8221;quick weight loss&#8221; that you can do without putting your body at risk!</p>

<p>If you&#8217;re attempting to lose some weight, going at it the wrong way can be bad for your health. You need to understand how to shed pounds in a healthy way or you might end up heavier than you started as. Don&#8217;t you want to know how many calories you need everyday to really lose the weight?</p>
<p>Well, the answer to that is not definite. In order to lose anything, you need to burn off more calories than you take in every day. A great way to help do this is to cut back on the number of calories that you eat and do the dreaded &#8216;E&#8217; word daily. Of course, I&#8217;m talking about exercise.</p>
<p>To know how many calories you should eat, you have to understand that taking in 3,500 calories will add one whole pound to your body. So if you want to lose 2 pounds each week, you should start taking in 1000 calories less each day than you normally do since 1000 calories each day X 7 days = 2 lbs/week. Since the average woman eats about 2200-3000 calories each day, you could lower your caloric intake by 500 calories each day by making smarter and healthier food choices. Forget about the mayonnaise on your sandwich, and skip out on fast food! Then burn off another 500 calories with daily exercise. There are several simple exercise methods to do that.</p>
<p>The lower your caloric intake and the more that you burn off, the more weight you will start to get rid of. But if you cut down your caloric intake too much, you run the risk of affecting your metabolism in a negative way. For the average woman, taking in less than 1000 calories each day will slow down your metabolism to the point that your body will start taking more from your food, since it isn&#8217;t getting enough. This will actually lead to weight gain!</p>
<p>Another thing that you should consider is the amount of water that you drink. Water has absolutely no calories in it, but your body needs a lot of it if you are trying to lose weight. So try to drink at least 8 glasses of clean and cool water each and every day. You can drink more if you want to! The colder the water, the more calories you will burn!</p>
